Delete Your Coachinns Data

You can request deletion of your account data (profile, sessions metadata, and stored linkage data) by emailing support@coachinns.com from your registered email. We will verify your identity and delete eligible data within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.

Revoke Google Access

If you connected Google Calendar or used Google Sign-In, you can revoke Coachinns’ access at any time:

1. Open Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
2. Select Coachinns and click Remove Access.

Once revoked, our systems stop accessing your Google data. We delete stored Google tokens and related linkage data within 30 days of disconnection.

What We Keep and For How Long

• We keep only the minimum data necessary to provide services and for compliance.
• Google refresh tokens (if any) are encrypted at rest and deleted after revocation or verified deletion request.
